Terms of Service
Last updated: 15 July 2026
1. Provider and Scope
Free Teleprompter at freeteleprompter.app is provided by:
Kailar UG (haftungsbeschränkt)
Viererblock 18a
39326 Wolmirstedt
Germany
Email: kontakt@kailar.de

These terms govern use of the free browser-based teleprompter, one-device, display and remote-controller functions.
2. Using the Service
You may use the service for lawful private or commercial purposes. You must not attack, overload, reverse-engineer security controls, gain unauthorised access to another session, distribute malware, or use the service in a way that infringes third-party rights or applicable law.
3. Your Content
You retain all rights to scripts and other content you enter. In phone-remote mode, you grant us only the temporary technical permission needed to transmit that content between your devices. You are responsible for the lawfulness, accuracy and necessary rights in your content.
4. Local Recovery
Script recovery is off by default. If you enable “Remember this script on this device” in the one-device editor or controller, the latest script is saved in that browser profile until you turn the option off, remove the saved copy or clear site data. Anyone with access to that browser profile may be able to read it. Active-session pairing information is stored separately for secure reconnection. See the Privacy Policy and Storage Policy for details.
5. Availability and Changes
The service is provided free of charge. We may maintain, change or discontinue features and cannot promise uninterrupted availability. Where reasonably possible, we will avoid changes that unnecessarily disrupt an active session.
6. Liability
We remain liable without limitation where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, including for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, guarantees we expressly give, and mandatory product-liability or consumer-protection rules. For ordinary negligence involving an essential contractual duty, liability is limited to the foreseeable loss typical for this service. Otherwise, liability for ordinary negligence is excluded. Your mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
7. Governing Law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protection provided by the law of your habitual residence. An exclusive venue is agreed only where legally permitted, particularly for merchants and public-law entities.
8. Consumer Dispute Resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
9. Changes to These Terms
The version published when you use the service applies to that use. We will identify updates by changing the date above and will present material changes prominently where appropriate.
